If you answered yes to any of these questions, give our Lunch and Hot Pilates classes a try! We have put together a great schedule to fit into your day. We are conveniently located in the Gateway Crossings shopping plaza which also offers many options for a quick lunch. We will even place your lunch order for you to pick up before you head back to work, school or wherever you are going. Come join us for some efficient strength training, stretching, stress release, firming up and calorie burning!

Class Descriptions:
Lunch classes are 45 minutes; Core classes are 40 minutes
Iron Yoga: Yoga and weight training all in one workout (those who do not wish to use weights can enjoy this as a flow class). This class is designed to improve lean muscle mass, increase your strength and flexibility, create balance and symmetry, and enhance proper alignment and breathing techniques. All levels welcome.
Hot Core/Pilates: Intense core training based on Pilates principles. This class will combine heat, traditional Pilates and other core strength training exercises for a great, efficient workout.This is a great class for those interested in toning up your abs, strengthening your back, improving your posture and working on your flexibility. The heated room will help warm up your muscles more quickly for an efficient and effective workout. All levels welcome.
Strength and Stretch: Resistance training for your lower and upper body that will leave you feeling strong and liberated. This class will use high-repetition exercises to firm up, strengthen and stretch your major muscle groups. Light weights and exercise bands will be provided. All levels welcome.
Yoga Flow: The class will combine yoga styles for a good mid-day practice. Perfect for mid-week refocusing and rejuvenation! All levels welcome.

Per Class: $7
First Timers: $10 – 1 Week of Classes
Monthly Unlimited: $29
Pre-registration is not required, but please arrive on time! Instructors will teach to all levels of fitness – beginners always welcome.
